Ongoing: While your home is on the market, we keep you informed by calling you after other agents have shown it and presenting you with their feedback.

Week Five: If your home has not sold after five weeks, we evaluate price and terms and current market conditions.

Week Seven: A formal consultation with you to review price, terms, original market analysis and urgency to sell.  If necessary, another comparative market analysis will be generated to look for changes in your area.  Our marketing team reviews, and potentially modifies, its marketing strategy on your home or property.

After the Offer: If you accept an offer on your home, our experienced agents and transaction coordinator will discuss its terms and conditions with you, and begin the process of closing the sale of your home.  We always negotiate the offer in your best interests.  Hate paperwork?  You're in luck--using Washington Real Estate Commission approved forms, we prepare the contract, addendums and any other documents the transaction may require.  We submit the accepted offer to the acknowledged title company and lender and do "quality control" on the contract until its close.
